Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms apply to the Thai Traffic Survival game ("the game") made by Solojourn. By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict on a point, Apple's agreement governs that point.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. We keep all rights in the game, including its code, art, audio and name. Third-party assets are used under their own open licences (see the credits in the project).
2. Fair play and the world leaderboard
- Play the game as released. Do not modify the app, forge or replay score submissions, or otherwise tamper with the leaderboard service.
- Nicknames must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, or contain personal information, advertising or impersonation. We may remove any nickname or score, or block a device from the leaderboard, at our discretion and without notice.
- Leaderboard entries are public, as described in the privacy policy.
3. Virtual items
Coins, XP, levels and cars are cosmetic features of the game with no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are stored only on your device. They are lost if you delete the game or reset your device. We may rebalance or change them in updates.
4. Availability and changes
The game works offline. The leaderboard is a best-effort online service that may be unavailable, reset, or discontinued at any time. We may update, change or stop the game or the service.
5. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Play at a safe place and time: never play while driving or riding.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Solojourn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
